Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment

The equipment is mainly used for domestic sewage treatment of rural areas, community areas, high-end hotels, hospitals, comprehensive office buildings and all kinds of public buildings. The quality of the water treated by the equipment can meet the discharge standards.
Products Description
(1) The equipment can be installed on the ground or underground; if buried underground, the surface above the equipment can be used as greening or other land, without building, heating and insulation.
(2) The bio-contact oxidation treatment process adopts push-flow type biological contact oxidation. Its treatment effect is better than that of the complete mixed and secondary series complete mixed biological contact oxidation tank. It is smaller than the activated sludge tank and has strong adaptability to water quality. It has good impact load resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not produce sludge expansion. The tank uses a new type of combined filler, which has a large specific surface area and make it easy for microorganisms to hang in and remove from membranes. Under the same organic load condition, it has a high removal rate of organic matter and can increase dissolved oxygen in the water.
(3) The biochemical tank adopts the bio-contact oxidation. The volume load is relatively low. The microorganisms are in their own oxidation stage, the amount of mud produced is less. It only takes three months or more(90 days) to discharge mud once (sucked with a fecal truck).
(4) The whole set of equipment is equipped with automatic electrical control system and fault alarm system, so that the operation is safe and reliable, usually do not need special management, only requires timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.

1. The sewage first enters the sewage treatment system through the grille, which removes the large particles of solid objects in the sewage. Meanwhile, turn nitrate nitrogen in sewage into N2 to remove ammonia nitrogen. 4. The aerobic zone is used to control the organic load and dissolved oxygen concentration, so that the organic pollutants in a variety of biological bacteria growing on the filler, and finally converted into carbon dioxide and water, completely oxidized and removed. 5. The inclined tube sedimentation tank was used as the sedimentation tank to efficiently remove the shed biota and some other insoluble substances contained in the effluent water of the contact oxidation tank. 6. The effluent gravity of the sedimentation tank flows into the clear tank, and is discharged to the standard after chlorine dioxide disinfection.
